We are looking to hire an Architectural Technician/Technologist with at least three years post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will be working alongside the design team, producing drawing packages for restaurant and hospitality projects.
You should have a good level of understanding, and experience of, the following:
- Planning and other statutory approvals
- Building regulations
- General construction and fit-out materials and technology
The role will include carrying out the following:
- Measured site surveys
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Preparing and submitting drawing packs for Building Regulations approval
- Producing full detailed drawing packs for interior fit-outs and refurbishments
Initially the role is for a three month period, following which this would be reviewed based upon our workload. You will be based in our Birmingham studio - following an induction period you may be asked to work from home during Covid restrictions.
