We’re hiring… Quantity Surveyor

Faber is a specialist F&B/restaurant design agency headquartered in Birmingham. Working for leading chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers and retailers, we provide architectural/interior design and branding for the food and beverage industry.We’re looking for a quantity surveyor to join our growing team at the Custard Factory in Birmingham. This position would suit someone who has an interest in the more creative end of the industry, as you will be working as an integral member of the design team.Key responsibilities:

• Preparing budgets and cost plans for projects
• Assisting the design team with cost management on projects
• Administering JCT building contracts
• Attending site and design team meetings

Required skills and attributes:

• Experience of being involved in all project stages as QS or PM
• 3-5 years of experience minimum
• Organised, detail focused, hard-working
• A good team player
