Faber's Creative Director, Tony Matters, was selected to take part in an industry roundtable debate last month for Mix Interiors magazine.
The topic of discussion was how the design community can best accommodate growing pressures from clients to incorporate sustainable solutions into their designs.
In total, eight industry-leading figures were asked to take part in the event, sponsored by Consentino.
"It was a great opportunity to hear how others in the industry are meeting this challenge and to hear their views on the direction sustainable design is taking," says Tony.
Key themes included changing attitudes towards sustainability and its growing importance among young people; clients' understanding of the term "sustainable" and innovative products and solutions already on the market.
