Adam's restaurant in Birmingham, designed by the Faber team in 2013 and awarded a Michelin star and three AA Rosettes within six months of opening, has been rated the No1 fine dining restaurant in the UK. Based upon Tripadvisor customer reviews, Adam's is also placed 3rd in Europe and 4th in the world.
This is fantastic news for chef Adam Stokes and wife Natasha, who opened their first restaurant in 2013 as a pop-up venue.
Natasha said of the award;
We are so honoured and humbled to receive a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award for Restaurants. Our goal has always been to open a restaurant where our guests can feel at home for any occasion. To be rated top five in the world is a remarkable accolade one we hope we can live up to.
The team at Faber are currently working on Adam's new flagship restaurant in Birmingham, which is due to open at the end of January 2016.
