Izza is a sourdough pizza eaterie in Selfridges, Birmingham. Working with restaurant operators Lasan Group, Izza is inspired by traditional Italian pizzerias; it's informal and relaxed, with a palette of pastel colours against raw steel. At the heart of the space is the wood fired pizza oven.
Faber were tasked with developing both the bradning and the interior concept.
