We’re excited to announce Faber has been shortlisted for Emerging Practice of the Year at the World Interiors News (WIN) Awards, 2018.
“We’re delighted to be recognised for our achievements over the past five years,” says Faber’s Creative Director and Founder Tony Matters. “It’s a testament to the amazing team we’ve built here at Faber and we’re excited to see what the next five years will bring.”
In 2013, Tony took a space in the iconic Custard Factory in Birmingham, just himself and a junior designer. Since then, he’s worked with a host of exciting restaurant & bar operators – a key early project being the first eponymous restaurant for acclaimed chef, Adam Stokes.
This restaurant, which went on to gain a Michelin star within six months and was rated the best fine-dining restaurant in the UK in 2014, put Faber at the forefront of the emerging food scene in Birmingham.
The winner of the Emerging Practice of the Year 2018 will be announced on Monday 19 November at a dedicated event at the London Hilton Bankside. Winners will be selected by an independent panel of 34 judges from the interior design industry.
