Faber worked with the owner operator of Vietnamese Street Kitchen to help them launch their second location. As the first, in Birmingham, was done by themselves on a shoestring budget, the client briefed Faber to develop the branding alongside the design scheme for this new site.
The biggest challenge was budget; we had a total of £75k (including fees) to completely transform what was previously a fine dining restaurant in Resorts World, Birmingham.
The end result is literally unrecognisable from what it was before; creating a street food vibe with a vibrant pallette and eclectic objects sourced directly by our FF&E team from Vietnam.
